Mrs. Annie Clemons, wife of James R. Clemons, died in this city at 3 o'clock last Friday morning after a sickness of about ten days. She returned to Casper from Boise, Idaho, where she and Mr. Clemons had been during the winter, and upon her arrival was taken sick and gradually grew worse until death relieved her of her suffering. The funeral services were held at the Catholic church Saturday morning, Father Bryant officiating, and after the services the remains were escorted to Highland cemetery by a large number of friends and her relatives, where they were laid to everlasting rest.
The deceased was born May 26, 1853, and leaves to mourn her loss a loving husband and two sons, all of whom live in Casper and have the sympathy of all in their bereavement.
