Services for May G. Morris, 91, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at George A. Smith and Sons' Main Street Chapel with the Rev. Norman Culpepper officiating. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Morris, widow of Lin S. Morris, died Thursday afternoon at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital after a short illness. May was born in Hardin County, daughter of the late William Henry and Mary Hanna Singleton Green. She had lived in Jackson since 1945, was a homemaker, and was a member of Centerview Baptist Church in Hardin County. Grandsons will be pallbearers.
