Smith Cole, 65, died on June 6, 2010 in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born on June 19, 1944 in Oklahoma City, OK. Smitty enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He served as a Peacemaker with the Chickasaw Nation. He enjoyed traveling with his 4-wheeler buddies and spending time at the horse ranch with his "Yokley Brothers".

Smith is preceded in death by his parents, Abraham and Theople Pugh, and sisters Ikey Newman and Jeri Floyd.

He is survived by his wife Joan, son and daughter- in-law Sean and Noelle Cole, daughter and son-in-law Laura and Jeff Allen, grandchildren Andrew and Perri Cole, and Bayley and Ryley Allen. Smith is also survived by his sisters Doris Ann Kennedy, Martha Jo Shute, Linda Harris and Ginger Strickland, stepchildren Stephanie and Brent Cox, Steven and Karen Langford, and Kimberly and Jay McDorman, and 7 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, June 9 at 10am at Vondel Smith North Colonial Chapel with internment to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens
