RICHARD NOTES ~ Services for Mrs. Josephine Matte formerly, Josephine Doucet of Church Point, were held Wednesday afternoon. She was 80 years old and was residing at the home of her daughter. Mrs. Albert Bellard, near Church Point at the time of her death. Mrs. Matte is survived by one son, Adam Matte of Port Neches, Texas and four daughters, Mrs. Albert Bellard, Church Point, Mrs. David Ledoux, Port Neches, Texas, Mrs. Adolph LeJeune, Church Point, Mrs. John LeBleu, Rayne, and a number of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
