MRS. CORA ADCOCK DIES HERE SUNDAY
Mrs. Cora Adcock, 87, a resident of Lucas county for 37 years, died at the Riggs Nursing Home in Chariton Sunday morning. Mrs. Adcock had been in failing health for about a year.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 at the Beardsley-Fielding Funeral Home. The Rev. Everett Hollingshead, assisted by J. C. Hook, will be officiating at last rites. Interment will be at the Chariton cemetery.
Survivors include sons Jerry of Chariton, Byron of Indianola and Clem of Ontario, Calif., and two daughters, Mrs. Mabel Gladson of Melrose and Mrs. Hazel Mason of Chariton.
Also surviving are 13 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Two sisters, Mrs. Ed Crandall of Chariton and Mrs. John Anderson of Humeston.
