She is survived by three children: Oma Vasko, Erlanger, Ky, Carlos Metcalf, McKee, Ky, & Robert Metcalf, Bethel, Oh, 12 grandchildren, & 12 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters: Mrs Rhoda Spivey, New Zion, Ky & Heddie Miller, Somerset, Ky. She was a member of the Flat Lick Primitive Church.
Funeral services were held Friday at 2:00 PM at the Lakes Funeral Home chapel with Rev Roger Williams & Elder Fred Clayton officiating with burial in the Tyner cemetery, Tyner, Ky. Lakes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers: Jimmy Don Madden, Harold Lane, Donnie, Kenny, & Charles Vasko, & Reggie Metcalf.
