Mary Wendorf 70, of Charlotte, MI died, Wednesday, January 30, 2008. Mrs. Wendorf was born November 16, 1936 in Moscow, MI the daughter of Ellis and Esther (Miller) Brazee. Mrs. Wendorf worked at the Vermontville Hardware Store and was a member of Gresham United Methodist Church. She enjoyed Knitting, Crocheting, Scrapbooking and talking to friends on the phone. Mrs. Wendorf loved spending time with her family especially at family get togethers.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Dale; sons, Steven (Sherry) Wendorf of Charlotte, David (Brenda) Wendorf of Vermontville, Gregory (Chris) Wendorf of Nashville and Harold (Dawn) Wendorf of Charlotte; 16 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; brothers, Jerry (Evelyn) Brazee and Harold (Rosalie) Brazee; sister, Donna (Larry) Bowser; step brothers, Jim Wood and Norm Wood and step sister, Judy Wood. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 4, 2008 at Pray Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Jensen and Rev. Bryce Feighner officiating. Interment will be at Gresham Cemetery in Charlotte, MI. Visitation will be Sunday, February 3, 2008 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Pray Funeral Home.
