The funeral of Leeds Mier was conducted at 4:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Christian church by Rev. R. E. Hughes of Decatur, assisted by Rev. J. H. Wright. Mr. mier was born near Mt. Pulaski and had spent the most of his life on a farm near here. A few years ago he retired and moved to Decatur. The burial was in the Mt. Pulaski cemetery.
