C. C. Chapin, administrator of the estate of the late Jasper Powell, informs as that the personal property of the deceased amounts to $4,000, which is to be divided between four heirs. The real estate is placed at $5,000. This by the terms of the will goes to his sister Abigail, but at her death the administrator is to sell it, invest the proceeds, and divide the interest equally from year to year between the Methodist church of this village and the Baptist church of South Livonia.
