Frank Branscome, 65, of Rt 1, Woodlawn, died in Twin County Community Hospital Wednesday, March 27,1985. He was born to Noah Branscome
and Emma McPeak Branscome Oct.2,1919, in Carroll County.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Paulene Branscome one daughter,Mrs. Terri Lynn Funk, Galax,
four brothers, Freeman Branscome,Jessie Branscome and George Branscome, all of Willis, and Roy Branscome, Dugspur and four sisters, Mrs. Lillian Overstreet, Hillsville Mrs. Gladys Quesenberry, Dugspur, Mrs. Vtenedra Bolt, Willis, and Mrs. Nellie Harrison, Martinsville.
Services were held Saturday, March 30, at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Funeral Home in Hillsville.
The Rev. Connie Frazier, the Rev. Harry Miller and the Rev. Basil Burcham officiated.
Interment was in the Buffalo Mountain Cemetery.
