DEATH OF GEORGE ABEL.
George Abel was born March 3rd, 1874, near Holton, Kansas, died at his home near Eudora, Kansas May 1, 1921, age 47 years 1 month and 23 days.
He was united in marriage to Miss Blanche Raelofsz, December 4, 1900. Tot this union was born eight children. He leaves to mourn his loss, his wife, seven children, mother, three brothers and three sisters.
The funeral services were held in the Methodist church at Perry, Kansas Tuesday at 2 p.m., Rev. J. H. Oliver, officiating; using the text in 1st Cor. 13:12. Mr. Abel was a kind neighbor, husband and father and will be greatly missed by his hosts of acquaintances. The church was packed to the limit by sympathizing friends to pay their last tribute of respect by their presence and with a very beautiful display of flowers. Thus "one by one, yes, one by one, we'll soon, yes, soon be There."
