Mrs. Finley attended Frankfort Senior High School and obtained a GED. She took some courses at Ivy Tech and was a homemaker and mother. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
She was born March 5, 1963, in Frankfort to Harvey and Linda Cooper Howe. She married Kenneth Finley on Sept. 5, 2006, and he survives.
Also surviving is her mother of Frankfort; sons, Derek Crews, Araya Luse, Kenneth Utsler and Charles Finley, all of Michigantown; daughters, Kyra Finley and Andrea Crews, both of Michigantown, and a stepdaughter, Kendra Utsler of Frankfort; one brother, Jeremy Howe of Frankfort; one sister, Angela Ford of Frankfort; her longtime best friend, Larry Steele; and two nephews, Ryan Ford and Tristan Howe.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Services will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Genda Funeral Home with Pastor Truman Cooper officiating. Calling will be 1-2:30 p.m. Saturday.
Burial will be in Bunnell Cemetery.
