Johnny Wayne Byler, 34, of Springfield, Mo., a native of Izard County, died Sunday at a Springfield hospital. Born at Lunenburg, he was a foreman for Quality Control Mfg. Company and a member of the New Testament Baptist Church of Springfield.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mary Wallis Byler, and three children, Jeffery Wayne, Sherry Ann and Rebecca Lynn, all of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Byler of Boswell; two brothers, Jimmy Byler of Mountain Home and Bobby Byler with the US Navy stationed in Connecticut.
The funeral service was scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at the First Baptist Church of Calico Rock. Rev. Harry Vickery, of Springfield, officiated. Interment was in Roselawn Cemetery at Calico Rock, under the direction of Crouch Funeral Home.
