She cleaned her kitchen one fall morning, had a headache and laid down to rest, and passed away in her sleep.
She was my mother's favorite of all the Kelleys, I believe...and died two short weeks before my own mother's passing.
Now they rest side by side in Simsboro Cemetery in the shadow of the Simsboro Baptist Church cross.
