OBITUARY: Unknown newspaper article, found at Monroe Public Library.
Mrs. William S. George--Mrs. William S. George of galesburg died this morning, Sept. 16, 1926, at the Methodist Hospital at Des Moines, according to information received here today. Funeral services were held saturday afternoon at 1:30 at the Methodist Church at galesburg. Burial was made in the Hewitt Cemetery.Surviving Mrs. George are her four brothers, Harry, Albert, watson, and Martin Terpstra, her sisters, Mrs. rose Dick and Mrs. Yetta Romans and her mother, her husband and one son, Ray, and two daughters, Mrs. Ella Sanner and Rosie at home. Four children of Mrs. George are deceased; Albert, who died at birth; Leroy who died in 1892, Edward who died in 1918 and James who died when he was five years old.
