Kershaw - Mrs. Sara Clyde Hilton, 75, widow of the late Charles Everette Hilton, Jr, passed away Sunday, Sept 5, 2004, at her home. She was born Dec 2, 1928, in Lakeview, SC a daughter of the late William Edgar and Lila B. Childress Clyde. A homemaker, Mrs. Hilton was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Ruth Sunday School class, and the WMU.
Mrs. Hilton is survived by two sons, Michael E. Hilton, Sr. And his wife, Kay of Kershaw, and Charles Kevin Hilton and his wife Brenda of Heath Springs; two brothers, Dean Clyde ad his wife Martha Nell of Columbia and William P. Clyde and his wife Nell of Laurens; a sister, Vernell Hooks and her husband, John of Nichols; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Mrs. Hilton was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Everett Hilton, Jr; a daughter, Cynthia Yvonne H Sims; and a brother, Robert Clyde.
