This is presumably Christopher N Troxel. He was a Civil War private, inducted 14 Aug 1862, to regiment H, Seventh MN infantry, discharged 16 Aug 1865. Brothers William H and George Troxel also enlisted in the same Company H, according to Civil War researcher Martin Johnson (22-Feb-2014). Residence Dryden, Sibley County, MN. Married Inez Millie Trescott 22 Feb 1872. Brother of William H Troxel also buried at Lakeport Cemetery.
