Another Old Settler Gone
Isaac Troxel, who was a resident of the town of Hale from 1864 to 1868, died at Little Falls, Morrison Co., August 16, of dropsey of the heart. Mr. Troxel was born in Pennsylvania in November 1805, and came to Dryden, Sibley Co., in 1857, from Illinois. He removed to Little Falls two years ago, where his son, C. N. Troxel is now living. He leaves a wife and five children, Charles and Mary C. (Mrs. Carlisla) still living in the town of Hale. Mr. Troxel was highly esteemed by his neighbors, and many of his old friends in this and Sibley county will regret to hear of his death.
