In critical condition are Mrs. Garry O'Callaghan, Sr., 58, Hazelton, and Ellis C. Marsden, 34, of 1306 Thayer Avenue. Also injured were Garry O'Callaghan, Sr., 68, and Miss Mary Ann Clark, 55, both of Hazelton. All are patients at the Bismarck Hospital.
O'Callaghan who suffered a cerebral concussion, lacerations, and abrasions about the head, told his attending physician the care he was driving was coming onto the highway from a side road and that a vehicle driven by Marsden was going east on U.S. 10 when the collision occurred.
O'Callaghan was coming from the south. He said he and his 2 passengers were en route to Bismarck. Marsden was alone. Highway Patrolmen Eddie Weible and Ryder Hamro investigated the accident.
Mrs. O'Callaghan sustained undetermined abdominal injuries. Marsden received severe head injuries and Miss Clark suffered lacerations and contusions, according to the attending physician.
Marsden is district representative for the North Dakota area for Edward Don & Co. of Chicago.
Passing motorists brought Marsden, O'Callaghan, and Miss Clark to the hospital. The Boelter Ambulance Service brought Mrs. O'Callaghan to Bismarck.

She attended the Presbyterian Church of Hazelton and was a member of the church's women's organization.
In addition to her sister, Miss Clark leaves another sister, Mrs. Susan (James) McDonnell, Portland, OR, and 2 brothers, Curtis Clark, Buffalo, SD and Leslie Clark, Bismarck, ND.

Mary Ann Clark never married. A family remembrance has been included in the family group records for Louis "Louie" Schultz, because Louie loved Mamie and asked her to marry him. As the story goes, Mamie declined because she had diabetes and could not have children. She chose to give Louie his freedom so that he may marry another and have children. Louie worked on the family farm (Garry O'Callaghan) for several years. It was there that they fell in love. Louie worked hard and saved his money so that he could buy a farm of his own. When he left, we believe that he purchased a farm in Montana. He came back to visit several years after leaving. We've never seen him since then.
