WILLIAM H. EPPERSON
---William Howard Epperson, 81, of Novelty, Missouri passed away Tuesday morning, (December 31, 1991) at the Kirksville Manor Care Center.
---Born February 18, 1910, in Elmer, Missouri, he was the son of John and Amelia (Altman) Epperson. On April 9, 1932, in Kirksville, Missouri he married Beatrice Elizabeth Mason, who preceded him in death on October 3, 1963.
---Also preceding him in death were his parents.
---Mr. Epperson is survived by two brothers, Herbert Epperson, of Elmer, Missouri and Daniel B. Epperson, of Kansas City; three sisters, Mary Dunseith, of Atlanta, Missouri; Lillian Smith, of Ottumwa, Iowa; and Lorene Easley, of Kirksville, Missouri.
---He received his education at the Rock Creek School. Mr. Epperson farmed in the Gifford area and later west of Novelty, Missouri. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Elmer, Missouri.
---Funeral services were held on Friday, (January 3, 1992) at the Travis Funeral Chapel in La Plata, Missouri, with the Rev. Allen Perkins officiating. Burial was in the La Plata Cemetery.
---Pallbearers were his nephews, Gary Easley, Howard Easley, Vernon Epperson, John Epperson, Donald Epperson, and Linden Dunseith Jr.
