ZANESVILLE - Rachel Crotzer, 31, of Nashport, passed away Tuesday, May, 6, 2008, following a sudden illness.
Rachel was born May 19, 1976, in Zanesville, to Claude and Dana Gambill. She was a devoted, loving wife, mother and daughter and was loved by all who knew her. She was a graduate of Tri-Valley High School, where she was a four year honor student, All American Student and choir member. Rachel was an animal lover and rescued many animals. She also enjoyed crafting.
Rachel is survived by her husband, Mark A. Crotzer; daughters, Karlee R. and Mandi L. Crotzer; parents, Claude and Dana Gambill of Frazeysburg; stepbrother, Donald O. Gambill of Pataskala; two stepsisters, Paticia (Steve) Tout of Newark and Deena (Tom) Lamp of North Carolina; brother-in-law, Larry (Judy) Crotzer of Nashport; and many neices, nephews, aunts and uncles.
She is preceded in death by grandparents, Mary Jane Gambill and Douglas and Henrietta Kirker; stepbrother, John Russell "Rusty" Gambill; and a cousin, Dynn Kirker.
Calling hours will begin at 10 a.m. with funeral services at 1 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2008, at Burrell Funeral Services, 414 LaSalle St., with Tom Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery.
