Caleb Leon "Pude" Fore

Mr. Caleb Leon "Pude" Fore, age 78 of Flomaton, AL, passed away Friday, June 24, 2005, at a local hospital.

Mr. Fore was retired from St. Regis after 35 years of service where he worked as a machine operator. Mr. Fore also served in the U.S. Navy in the Seabee Division as an engineer.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Violet Bowers Fore; his sister, Johnnie Lou Sapp; and his brother-in-law, Aubrey Sapp.

He is survived by his sons, Kenneth O. Fore of Conyers, GA, Steven W. (Maria) Fore of Shoemakersville, PA and Charles L. (Mary) Fore of Anchorage, KY; daughter, Diane (Ronnie) Ledbetter of Flomaton; brothers, D.W. (Edna) Fore of Grand Island, NE and Odell (Ruth) Fore of Flomaton; sister, Mildred Newby of Brewton, AL; 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 26, 2005, at 3:00 p.m. at Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Jeff Howard officiating.

Interment will follow at Hollywood Cemetery in Flomaton.

Pallbearers will be Darryl Fore, Glenn Sapp, Eric Fore, Tony Fore, Bob Collins and Doug Sapp.

Honorary pallbearers will be Sonny Fore, Roy Bowers, Pete Moore, Quinn Miller, Tim Sapp, Brian Sapp and Everette Welch.

Flomaton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
