Funeral services for Col. Clarence Julian Owens, attorney in international law, who died Friday at his residence, 2116 Kalorama Rd, NW, will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. tomorrow in Gawler's Funeral Chapel, 1756 Pennsylvania Ave, NW.
Dr Edward Hughes Pruden, pastor of First Baptist Church, will officiate. The body will be interred temporarily in Abbey Mausoleum at Arlington National Cemtery.
