Marguerite A. Bibbins, 76, of Cape Coral, died November 16, 2000 at her home. The daughter of the late Alton and Hannah (McConnell) Ruggles, she was born June 29, 1924 in Birmingham, MI. She married her husband Gilbertin 1946. Mrs. Bibbins worked as a hairdresser for many years in the Jackson, MI area. She moved to Cape Coral in 1988 from Catersville, Ga.
Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Arntz (Dale) of Jackson, MI; two sisters, Virginia Strassburg of Spring Arbor, MI and Ida Mae (Tom) Schipper of Jackson, MI; two grandchildren, Allison (Tony) Hall of Norville, MI and Jennifer Arntz of Robbinsdale, MN; and three great-grandchildren Erika, Jordan and Victoria.
