Funeral Services For John L. Bader -
John Bader died Monday morning, December 14th at his home in Palmer. He was taken seriously ill Sunday afternoon.
John L. Bader was born January 18, 1876 near Worms, and lived 83 years, 10 months and 26 days, spending his entire life in this community where he was engaged in farming.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two daughters, Tillie, who died in infancy and Mrs. Lillie Bosselman; also two sisters and one brother.
He is survived by his wife, who is a patient at Coolidge Rest Home; seven sons, John W. of St. Paul, Henry of St. Libory, Albert of Federal Dam, Minn., Carl of St. Libory, George, Willard and Wilmer of Palmer; one sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Helzer of St. Paul; four brohters, Jake and Edward of Grand Island, Joe of Riverside, Calif., and August of Hastings; 29 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives.
