Mrs. Baudoin, 73, of Alexandria, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2007 in Marigold House, Alexandria.
She was a member of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, Alexandria. She along with her husband was the co-owners of Hank's Food Center and Hank's Pawn Shop in Alexandria.
Her parents, Rene and Eloge' Broussard Sonnier; one son, Michael Henry Baudoin; her husband, Henry Clay Baudoin; and one brother, Roy Sonnier precede her in death.
Those left behind to cherish her memory include her son, Jasper J. Baudoin and wife Shirley of Pineville; one daughter, Cheryl Baudoin Wickham and husband Julio of Colfax; one brother, Dalton Sonnier of Lafayette; two sisters, Mildred Doucet of Scott and Melba Touchet of Lafayette; four grand-children, Shelley Morrison, Ruston Baudoin, Jennifer E. Lamm, and Marisa Haaf; and five great-grandchildren, Hunter Morrison and Jacob Morrison, Alexis Haaf, Henry Baudoin, and Velouria Baudoin.
Pallbearers will be Mark Atwell, Patrick Cunningham, Jimmy Carey, Mickey Carey, Robert Helton, and Marty Guidry.
Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. Monday and from 9 a.m. until shortly before time of services Tuesday in the funeral home.
