McMinnville resident and Warren County native Edith Marzell Marsh, age 67, was born May 13, 1943 and died June 2, 2010 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN following an extended illness. A homemaker and member of the Leesburg Church of Christ Non-Denominational, she was the daughter of the late Pelina A. Jones. She was married to James Copley, Sr. who preceded her in death. In addition to her husband and mother, she was preceded in death by one son, Richard Copley; daughter, Tian Copley; three sisters, Nel Estes, Barbara Davis and Dottie West and two brothers, Ozie Marsh and Owen Marsh. She is survived by two sons James Copley (Sandra Akers) and Johnny Copley both of McMinnville; two sisters and brother-in-law, Diane and Harold Poss and Bettie Redmon both of McMinnville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Kelton and Brenda Marsh and Everette and Sandy Marsh both of McMinnville; four grandchildren, Jamie, Amanda, Christy and Peggy; three great-granddaughters, Savannah, Lauren and Lindsey and special friends, Brenda and Laci Roberts. Funeral service was held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 4, 2010 in High's Chapel with Dana Caldwell officiating. Burial followed in the Mt. View Cemetery.
