Bedie DeElnore Flud was born in Eufaula, Oklahoma on July 3, 1899 to George Washington and Sarah Bramlett O'Neal Flud. Bedie was a triplet; the other two babies being boys. One boy died at birth and the other boy, Samuel lived to about one year of age.
Bedie married Lonie Larkin Burcham in 1916 in Elmore City, Oklahoma. Of this union four children were born; Vera Mae, Monroe Clifton, Era Pearl and Nora Leola.
Bedie is preceded in death by her parents, George and Sarah. She is survived by her husband, Lonie, one son, Monroe Clifton (Cowboy); three daughters, Vera Mae, Era Pearl Burcham Patton, and Nora Leola Burcham Pyle; nineteen grandchildren.
