Interment will be at Graham Chapel Cemetery in Allenville, Illinois. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Tupelo Children's Mansion in Tupelo, Mississippi or to the United Pentecostal Church of Virden.
Charles was born September 13, 1921 in Allenville, Illinois, the son of William and Gertrude (Buxton) Spaugh.
He was a WW II veteran serving in Germany as a machine gunner in the 104th infantry. He was a fireman on the Wabash Railroad, a contractor and realtor.
He was reunited in heaven with his parents, sons Ronald and Mike, daughter Sandra Tornabeni, two grandsons William Russell Spaugh and John Allen McGee.
