Mrs. Hattie Nenne, 70, formerly of Toluca, IL, died at the Atteberry Rest Home in Washburn, IL on Tuesday morning, December 8, 1959.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in St. Paul's Lutheran church in Varna, with the Rev. Darrell Hoerle officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery (St. Pauls Lutheran Cemetery). Visitation will be after 7 p.m. today at the Lenz Memorial Home in Lacon, IL.
Mrs. Nenne was born March 21, 1881 in LaRose, IL, a daughter of John and Willlhelmina Johnke Juers. She was married to Fred Nenne February 26, 1913 in LaRose. He died January 11, 1957. She was confirmed in the Trinity Lutheran church in 1905.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Virgil Tidmarsh of Varna and Mrs. George Johann Jr., of Las Cruces, NM; one son, Fred of Toluca; 15 grandchildren: two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Rudolph Nenne
of Chicago, and Mrs. Constantine Flaminos of Toluca, Fred Juers of Laura, and Albert Juers of LaRose.
One daughter preceded her in death.
