Nancy married Joseph D. Miller about 1836 in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. When Joseph D. died in Missouri in 1875, Nancy moved back to Indiana and lived with her son Moses P. Miller. She died in the home of her daughter Elizabeth and son-in-law Moses J. Miller near Shipshewana. Services were held on Friday, March 11 at the Shore Church with D. J. Johns officiating, then she was buried in the Miller Cemetery near the Mishler Packing House, East of Shipshewana. She was survived by 9 children, 61 grandchildren, 88 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
