Hazel Needham, 60, 1720 E. 25th St., died Friday in a Marion nursing home. Born in Elwood, she had lived in Muncie 35 years. Mrs. Needham was employed in Elliott Hall dining service at Ball State before her illness. She was a member of Hazelwood Christian Church and the women's organization of the church.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Stanley, Muncie; two brothers, Earl Working, Phoenix, Ariz., and Ralph Working, Anderson; a sister, Mrs. Catherine Humerickhouse, Anderson, and three grandchildren.
Friends may call at Parson Mortuary from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday and before services there at 3 p.m. Monday. Dr. Robert G. Sulanke will officiate. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory, north of Muncie.
