She graduated from Topeka High School and was a Topeka resident for 75 years.
Mrs. Kemper was a member of the Bible Church of God (Seventh Day) and a charter member of the Restless Wheels Camper Club, both in Topeka.
She was an avid bowler for many years.
She married Henry "Hank" Oldham in 1942 in Lyndon.He died in 1975.She then married Donald Earl Kemper.He died in 1990.
She also was preceded in death by a son, Frank Edward Oldham, in 1979.
Immediate survivors include a niece, two nephews and three great-nieces.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. March 6 at Mount Hope Chapel in Topeka. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Topeka.
