My Grandfather's tombstone is in error. His name was Jay John Mead. This is supported by his name on the following: His Marriage Certificate; His Military Records; US Census Records 1880, 1900, 1920, 1930, 1940, other US Census Records has his name as JJ Mead. He went by the name JJ when I was growing up. Would you make a note in his memorial that his name on the Tombstone is in error.

Jay John Mead (b. July 23, 1872) at Rice Creek Michigan. Married Flora Mable Morgan (b. June 11, 1877) at Onondaga Hill, NY on April 9th 1902 at home of Alfonzo Siegel and Jennie Larinda Morgan at Dorrance, Kansas By Rev. John N. Zimmer pastor of Bunker Hill and Wilson, Kansas.
Witnesses: Mr. Frank Benjamin Morgan and Mrs. Mattie M. Morgan.
