Lila Jean Magdzas went to heaven with her mommy on August 17, 2010. She was born to April (Oles) and Matthew Magdzas on July 19, 2009 in Duluth, MN. Lila became a shining light to her mother and all who deeply loved her. She enjoyed spending time with her grandparents who knew she could do no wrong and loved playing with her toys and exploring the world around her. Lila liked to play "Where's Lila?", and she loved to give kisses and hugs. Lila loved to dance from the time she was only a few months old. She even danced to the heartbeat of her little sister. Visitation will begin 5:00 p.m. Sunday, August 22, 2010 at Nelson Funeral Care, (1004 Cloquet Ave., Cloquet, MN) with a candlelight vigil service at 8:00 p.m. The visitation will resume on Monday, August 23, 2010 from 12:00 noon until the 2:00 p.m. Celebration of Life service at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, (12th St. and Doddridge Ave., Cloquet, MN). Inurnment services will be at Maple Grove Cemetery. A luncheon and refreshments will follow in the church social hall. The family has selected Nelson Funeral Care of Cloquet to assist them with arrangements.
