GLENMONT Gregory L. Roach, 47, of Glenmont, Ohio, passed on to Heaven, Feb. 4, 2005, ending his fight against cancer.

A memorial service will be Monday evening at 7 p.m. at the Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, with the Rev. Jim Cooper officiating.

There will be no calling hours.

Family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Hospice of Holmes County, 931 Wooster Road, Millersburg 44654.

He was born July 27, 1957, in Millersburg and was the son of James Harold and Dorothy (Lukala) Roach.

He was a GM Certified Master Mechanic employed at Red Ferris Chevrolet in Wooster.

Greg enjoyed family, friends and his Harley.

He was a member of the Killbuck United Methodist Church, the Killbuck Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Millersburg Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Among those who will miss him are Samantha Palmer of Glenmont; sisters, Sandy (Ron) Clark of Lima and Micki Mullet of Glenmont; brothers, James Roach of Hudson, Fla. and Les (Robin) Roach of Millersburg; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
