The deceased spent all of her life in the vicinity of her birthplace. On April 11, 1850 she was married to Munroe Goodson, who died June 6, 1903 and to them were born eight children, one of whom died in infancy. The surviving children are, Mrs. V.A. Hawley, Mrs. R.T. Elligood of this city, Mrs. W.R. Hunter of Downington, Wyoming, Mrs. E.M. Wright of Oak, Nebraska and Orsen and Harry who live at home and T.W. Goodson, who lives near the old homeplace. On brother, John Vaughter of Los Angeles also survives. Burial was in Camp Ground.
