CHESAPEAKE - Wilma Elaine Allen, 38, of 4302 Fontana Ave. died Tuesday in her home.
She was a native of Scranton, Pa., and a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Survivors include her husband, Gilmer H. (Buddy) Allen; her parents, William and Ruth R. McGladrie of Scranton; two stepsons, Jerry H. Allen and Kenneth L. Allen, both of Chesapeake; a brother, Wayne E. McGladrie of Scranton; and a grandchild.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints by Bishop V. R. Hylton Jr. Burial will be in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens, with Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, Cedar Road Chapel, in charge.
