SARAH GERTRUDE MULLIN: passed away Monday [8-03] in Holy Trinity Hosp. She had been ill for about 2yrs prior to her demise. She was born 28 Nov 1881 at New Market, ScottCnty, MN & 5yrs later moved with her parents to BigStone Cnty where she continued to reside for the past 67yrs. On 23 Nov 1904, she was united in marriage with JohnJ Mullin at Barry & in 1929 the family moved into Graceville. MrsMullin was an active member of Holy Rosary church, the Rosary Sic & the Royal Neighbors.
She is survived by her husband, 1 dau: CatherineE Mullin-Minneapolis; 2 sons: JamesG Mullin & Richard Mullin-both Graceville & 1 sis: MrsCatherine Higgins-StPaul.
Funeral services for Mrs John Mullin were conducted Thurs from Holy Rosary church with FatherKafels officiating. Interment was made a Lakeside Cem. Pallbearers were James Fitzharris, George Taffe, Al Hendricks, James Grant, Leo Griffith & Vincent Sullivan.
