11/26/2014 - Upon researching the name "Flaugher" - we found a Christopher (Cristy) Flaugher who was a Revolutionary War Soldier. He died bet 1787-1791 in Waynsboro Pa - His wife was Margaret. Conrad is named as a son of Christopher Flaugher per application made in Indiana by November 14, 1963 by Earl Clinton Webb age 67, son of Elizabeth Flaugher Webb from Indiana. Posting for referance only.
This appears to be him with slight variations on dates.

Should be able to find him on 1850 census if he is living in this area at that time. We are unable to locate any names "Flaugher" from the area of Franklin Co Pa for possible burial of Christopher Flaugher - Revolutionary War Soldier.
