This is a cenotaph located in the cemetery where his first wife is buried. Paul's cremains were actually buried in his yard in a nice shady spot.

Born in Zanesville, Ohio, he was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps, serving in the South Pacific during World War II.

On October 7, 1944 he married Glenda Letitia Dillon and to this union a son and daughter were born. After the war Paul and Glenda settled in Wyoming where he attended school and later taught. He was also superintendent of schools in Big Piney and Chugwater. Two years after the death of Glenda in 1960 he and his children relocated to Cleveland Ohio.
