Conduct Peery Funeral Rites--Funeral services for Mrs. Eliza Peery, 76 of Reasnor, were conducted Wednesday afternoon at the Christian Church at Galesburg, Ia., by Rev. Amos Burr, pastor of the Christian Church at Colfax Interment was in Elk Creek Lutheran Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Merlin Schnug, Clifford Schnug, Harold Schnug, Eldred Schnug, Freeman Kling and Henry Kling. floral arrangements were made by Mrs. Louis Groves, Mrs. Robert Rohrdanz and Mrs. Lowell Carpenter.
A quartet composed of Mrs. Ira Zwank, Ethel Graffis, John Van Wyngarden and Henry Bovenkamp, accompanied by Mrs. Arie DePenning sang "No Night There", "The Last Mile of the Way", and "Sweetly Resting"
Mrs. Peery was born Oct. 5, 1862, in Jasper county and died Monday afternoon at the skiff Memorial Hospital at Newton, Ia.
