Patricia D. Banks of Middletown, N.Y., a retired employee of Guild Molders in Middletown, N.Y. and a lifelong resident of the area, died Wednesday, April 7, 2004 at the Orange Regional Medical Center at Arden Hill in Goshen, N.Y.. She was 72. The daughter of John and Esther Cushing Purgatorio. She was born on March 10, 1932 in Middletown, N.Y.. Survivors include her children: Ronald Banks of Middletown, N.Y., Debra McKee and her husband Chuck of Middletown, N.Y., John Banks and his wife Janine of Milford, Pa., her grandchildren, Matthew McKee, Tyler McKee and Bianca Nalaschi; sisters, Joyce Cushing and Loretta Patterson both of Middletown, N.Y.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, John Purgatorio and Michael Purgatorio and her sister, Rose Baker. Visitation hours will be held from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. on Friday, April 9, 2004 at the Ralston-Lippincott-Hasbrouck-Ingrassia Funeral Home, Inc., 72 W. Main St., Middletown, N.Y.. Funeral services will be held at 10a.m. on Saturday, April 10, 2004 at the funeral home. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
