MRS. EDWIN BELT
Mrs. Wilda Ruth Belt, 55, of 36 Grand Avenue, Cumberland, and formerly of Petersburg, died Friday night in Memorial Hospital after a lingering illness.
Born May 22,1922 in Grant County, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Arietta (Crites) Ours. Mrs. Belt was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church in Cumberland.
Surviving are her husband, Edwin Norris Belt; one daughter Miss Nancy Belt, New York City;
one son, John Belt, Adelphia, Md.; two sisters, Miss Lola Ours, Petersburg; Mrs. Arietta Lease, Cumberland; three brothers, Leland, Carl and Marlin Ours, all of Petersburg.
Friends will be received at the Schaeffer Funeral Home, Petersburg, today from 2 to 4and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted in the funeral home tomorrow at 11 a.m. Rev. Richard L. Longbon will officiate and interment will be in Brake Cemetery, at Dorcas.
