Ruby Everhart was the daughter of John Dyer and born in Arkansas on Christmas eve, 1889. There are no other records of her family.


Ruby was Frank Everhart's first wife. They were married in 1908, shortly after he was discharged from the Army at Fort Logan, Colorado. In 1910, they were living in Clovis, New Mexico. After Frank got a job with the Orient railroad, they moved to Wichita, Kansas, where she died of tuberculosis. There were no children of this marriage. Her grave is unmarked, but recorded in the cemetery files.
