BANIK, HERMAN EDWARD

Herman Edward Banik, 71, of 1117 South Twenty-eighth Street died at 4:25 p.m. Monday in a local hospital.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at St. Paul's United Church of Christ of Gerald, Rev. Marshall officiating, burial in Gerald Cemetery.
Survivors: One daughter Frieda Stringer of 1117 South Twenty-eighth; one son, Walter Banik of Malone; two brothers, Fritz Banik of Tampa, Fla., and William Banik of Austin; four sisters, Mrs. Hulda Bluhm of West, Mrs. Ottilie Rolke of Dayton, Texas, Mrs. Helen Kablitz of Pennsylvania and Mrs. Frieda Kern of Austin; and five grandchildren.
