Mrs. Ella Elizabeth Harp was the widow of the late
Mr. William Alfred Harp, Sr.
She was born in Pike County, Georgia on June 30th 1851 and was a devoted member of the First Methodist church of Thomaston for 58 years.
Mrs. Harp was the mother of four sons and three daughters:
Arthur Alfred Harp, William A. Harp, Jr., H. M. Harp, and J. N. Harp, Mrs. T.B. (Harp) Sykes, and Mrs.
Z. T. (Harp) Trice, and Mrs. B. S. (Harp) Peurifoy.
Her final resting place and interment was made beside her husband in Glenwood Cemetery with C. M. Pasley, Director.
