Lillie Ann Ellingsworth De Boie was born Feb. 10, 1867 in Arkansas and died March 6, 1952 in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Tena Hayes at Highlandville at the age of 85.

She united with the Highlandville Baptist church sixty-five years ago. She was united in marriage March 30, 1891 to Stephen Lee DeBoie and to this union nine children were born, two preceding her in death.

Survivors include one son, Bea De Boie, of Highlandville; six daughters, Mrs. Tena Hayes, Mrs. Fred McCauley, Mrs. Nona Harris and Mrs. Nomel Powers, all of Highlandville, Mrs. Mabel Rader of Nixa, and Mrs. Anna Turner of Bristow, OK; one brother Tom Ellingsworth of Highlandville, 22 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon, March 9 at two o'clock in the Highlandville school auditorium with Rev. Ross Carter officiating. Burial was made in the Highlandville cemetery (Hammond) under direction of Chaffin of Ozark.
