Acuff, Daisy Louise, age 83, of the Powell Community, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2009, at Fort Sanders Regional. Mrs. Acuff was a member of Third Creek Baptist Church.
Predeceased by her parents, Romeo and Pearl Mynatt; sisters, Loraine and Dorothy. Survivors include her loving husband of 64 years, James Acuff; sons, Ronnie (Shirley) Acuff, Eddie (Carolyn) Acuff, and Mike (Debbie) Acuff; daughter, Dana Robertson; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and sister, Mary Hampton.
The Acuff family will receive friends at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel, Saturday, March 14, from 11 am to 1pm. Rev. David Houser will officiate the 1pm funeral service.
