Mrs. Kinzel, who was born on a farm near Ritzville, died Wednesday. She was a longtime resident of Ritzville.
She graduated from Ritzville High School in1932 and then attended Kinman Business School in Spokane.
Mrs. Kinzel worked as a bookkeeper for Berliners Wholesale Beauty Supply before marrying Lawrence LaBelle of 1936. They moved to Ritzville in 1959, and she became a clerk for the Adams County Auditor's Office. She retired from the Auditor's Office in 1972.
Her husband died in 1967. She married Lloyd Kinzel in 1968. He died in 1994.
Mrs. Kinzel was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, the Gritman Senior Center and the Rebekah Lodge, all of Ritzville.
Survivors include three stepdaughters, Doris Holt of Montgomery, Ala., Jean Liming<> of Lynnwood, Wash., and Janet Hand of Everett; and a sister, Mary Webb of Ritzville.
